The Quaccent System
Quaccent (Etymology: Quack + Accent) is a dual-mode communication system. It combines tonal avian vocalisations with the Reed-Script, a geometric stick-based script.
1. Vocalisation: Tonal Quaccent
The spoken component relies on the relationship between the short Quack and the long Quaar.
1.1 The Syntax of the Bill
- The Quaar-Primary (Command): If a phrase begins with a long Quaar, it is an active directive, a question, or a requirement for the listener to act.
- The Quack-Primary (Statement): If a phrase begins with a short Quack, it is a description of a state of being or an observation.

2. The Reed-Script (Sticks)
The Reed-Script is a physical script. All messages are oriented by the North Stick (the longest branch), which serves as the “anchor” for reading directions.

Living creatures are identified by their “Beak” markers (using ^, v, <, > shapes).

3. Phrase Construction
To build a sentence, place the North Stick at the top. Arrange the Subject below it, followed by the Action or Direction.
